This is just a quick note to let you know how pleased we have been with Cathey Harrison. I'm sure you have witnessed it yourself, but she has been an absolute gem to us. She has always been totally responsive to all of our needs, but this last incident, which was extremely stressful for us, she has gone above and beyond the call of duty. We cannot say enough good things about her and through everything she is always so pleasant and professional to deal with. We do not want her efforts to go unnoticed!
