Betty took over the rental department for Centuy 21 Hecht Realty in 1989, two months before Hurricane Hugo came through the Charlotte/Lake Norman area and had every one of the 50 properties that were being managed at that time damaged with all tenants looking for help and all owners wanting to know about their property. From that low point, Betty has expanded the organization to a property management company handling almost 500 scattered site residential homes, apartments, and condos.

Cathey has been in Property Management since 1992 & believes in providing top quality service to both owner and tenant. She began the property management division at Newport Properties and built it up to over 100 managed rentals before joining Century 21 Hecht Realty as a property manager. She remains a member of team as we transition to Hecht Property Management. She is a native and lifetime resident of the Carolinas.
Corey Stewart joined Hecht Property Management in 2009 to help Cathey manage her 140+ properties. She has quickly learned the business and has proven to be a great asset to the company. Corey is a native and lifetime resident of the Carolinas.

Tracy Carroll
Accounting
Tracy previously worked with Century 21 Hecht Realty as an assistant to one of the company's top producers. In 2007, she transferred to the accounting department of the company's property management division. Tracy manages all billing aspects of lease administration, property maintenance and disbursement of funds and financial statements to tenants and property owner's.
A native of Michigan, Tracy moved to the Lake Norman area with her family in 2006.

Elizabeth Hurd A/R , Advertising/Marketing
Elizabeth previously worked for Century 21 Hecht Realty as the Advertising Manager for the company's four offices located in Cornelius, Denver, Mooresville and Troutman. In 2009, she joined the property management division to assist with A/R, advertising and marketing.
A native of Northern Virginia, she moved to the Lake Norman area with her family in 2004.
